March Reflection

Today is a great day just as every other day is, April just so happens to be my favourite month of the year not because it’s my birthday month but because it just feels good, I love spring, I love the excitement for the summer and the improvement of the weather but because this time around I am about to embark on my biggest dreamiest journey.
Looking back over my March it was pretty bloody impressive as well, I did everything I wanted to do pretty and I got to tick a few things of my bucket list.

I love being able to reflect back at the end of each month and filter through everything that I’ve done and achieved. I feel incredibly lucky to be heading in the direction that I want to be rather than something I feel obliged to be doing. Never forget the power of gratitude, be grateful for what you have and what you want. Always think about the good things that happen on a day-to-day, never dwell on the down times.

March Faves

March has to be one of my faves because I’ve literally done a post for all of the things I enjoyed doing ( All but one that I will be posting in the next few days) I wont go into too much detail simply because I’ve already posted about each day, be sure to click on the links to find out more!

Baby News

Of course not my baby news but I found out I was going to be an auntie again for the 5th time,  I adore my nieces and nephew so much I simply cannot wait until I have another one to love. It breaks my heart that I wont be here for the first of their everything but i’m sure they’ll understand and they’ll appreciate having an auntie that has experienced the world and followed their dreams.

Hotel – Moxy Stratford

I’ve stayed at Moxy hotel in Stratford a couple of times now and loved every time however this one topped it for me. From the second I arrived I was greeted with a cocktail & surprised with the most instagramable room I couldn’t possibly have expected. I wish to be as happy and excited as I was there forever about every thing I encounter.

Leaving celebrations

This was an entire easter weekend celebration Thursday-Monday leading into April but I’ll make an exception for including it in my March faves. I don’t want to say too much on here because I have a lot to talk about and I will be posting about this separately after this one but let’s just say it was one of the best weekends I’ve ever had, my heart is full and I feel so so happy.

March Reflection

I certainly got to spend time with the family at every possible opportunity. I find it hard to do things for myself sometimes and time seems to go by so this was a massive priority and a little goal for me to be able to spend very spare moment I could with my family and closest friends.

I grew my social media and blog following, there’s a gradual increase month after month for sure but March was a little slower than the rest, admittedly I haven’t been as active as I usually am but that’s just life – this month I shall push a little harder.

My aim was to post 2 x blog posts per week, to be honest that was a struggle…I did post when was right for me but again given it was a busy month I was unable to keep up. Another goal for April.

Savings complete!! I wanted to save my target for my travels but I also needed to save an additional £1000 to leave in my account and extra on top for clothes and other necessities.. Yes I did it. I worked bloody hard for it.

I Haven’t started vlogging but I need to start asap, one will be coming this month, In fact if I get time it should be this week for sure. I am literally prolonging it as much as possible, I need help, I’m a little nervous!

I Didn’t finish my book… told you I was a slow reader… I’m working on it, is it just me or does reading make you tired?

Workout everyday? What even is that.. I mean seeing as I’m going to Australia in their ‘Winter’ I still have time to get a beach body for summer right? I’m not sure if that’s how it works but my attempt here has failed but I’m looking forward to jogging down surfers paradise next week.

Goals for April

To live my best life… That’s it. I couldn’t tell you how bloody excited I am for THIS month. I know I keep going on and I do apologise but for the first time in my life I am able to put all my attention into me and my future. I can’t wait to push my lifestyle and travel blog but also put my attention back into my love for the event industry, I cant wait to explore venues, getting inspiration for designs and learn new things along the way.

I have in fact started ‘vlogging’ I haven’t put anything together, it’s literally just been trial and error and getting to grips with speaking in front of the camera and what not, I will post a video in the next week or so I am sure.

As always after every month I would like to see an increase in my following, I hope to broaden my audience when I go away so I’ll be able to share my social content with many more people

I want to make new friends with different people from all walks of life, this is my fave thing to do and something I am very good at but I just cant wait to start

I will try something thrilling (possibly a sky dive) if going to the other side of the world isn’t courageous enough I want to throw myself out of a I okay?

I MUST hold a Koala and I must see a kangaroo for a selfie.

That is all from my March reflection, It has left me on a massive high thinking about it and I’m glad I have my blog to look back on and see what I got up to throughout this time of my life.

I hope you enjoyed the read, keep your eyes peeled for the soon to be bigger and better content.

What was your favourite part of March? Do you have any goals for April? If so comment below… I can’t wait to read them.
